Evaluasi “ Sayang Ibu”: Aplikasi Kegawatdaruratan Ibu Hamil

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator derajat kesehatan. Di Indonesia, AKI masih cukup tinggi. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah keterlambatan rujukan dan kurangnya informasi mengenai tanda bahaya kehamilan, terutama pada kehamilan risiko tinggi. Sayang Ibu merupakan aplikasi kegawatdaruratan ibu hamil yang dikembangkan oleh Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Diponegoro. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penggunaan aplikasi ‘Sayang Ibu’. Metode penelitian adalah survei dengan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan User Experience Questionare (UEQ) terhadap 28 ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rowosari, Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Sayang Ibu dapat diterima dan berguna dengan nilai rata-rata 70,18. Nilai ketertarikan pengguna, kemudahan, efisiensi, ketergantungan, dan stimulasi penggunaan di atas rata-rata, sedangkan tingkat keterbaruan aplikasi dianggap kurang. Penggunaan aplikasi ‘Sayang Ibu’ memerlukan dukungan literasi digital ibu hamil.
Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one of indicator in healthcare. In Indonesia, MMR still high. Among other causes are delayed referral and lack of education on danger sign in pregnancy, especially in high risk pregnancy. Sayang Ibu is emergency call application developed by Public Health Faculty Diponegoro University. This research aims to evaluate Sayang Ibu application. The survey applied System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionare (UEQ) to 28 pregnant mothers in Rowosari Primary Health Care area in Semarang City. This research was done in September 2019. The rate of usability was 70,18 showed that this application was useful. Based on user experience, Sayang Ibu application had attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, and stimulation, but no novelty. Sayang Ibu Application needs digital literacy
