Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma (JNA) adalah lesi histologis jinak yang jarang. JNA klinis bersifat seperti tumor ganas karena mampu mendestruksi tulang dan meluas ke jaringan sekitar. JNA umumnya tidak diketahui sampai bertahun-tahun. Pasien JNA biasanya remaja laki-laki. Diagnosis ditegakkan berdasarkan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, dan pemeriksaan radiologis.
Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma (JNA) is a histologically rare benign tumor. JNA is clinically malignant because has the ability to destruct bone and widely spread to surrounding tissues. JNA is generally silent for years. Patients are typically adolescent male. Diagnosis is based on history taking, physical examination, and radiologic findings.
