This issue features research articles on mesenchymal stem cells—a highly promising field with the potential for breakthroughs in treatment, particularly for degenerative diseases; issues that will become increasingly prominent as life expectancy rises, including among the Indonesian population. Combined with a discussion on monitoring kidney function, especially among the elderly, this issue is expected to broaden understanding of several geriatric health issues. Supplemented by an analysis of the impact of air pollution on the incidence of acne vulgaris, this issue addresses several health issues that will become increasingly important in the future.     Case reports cover topics ranging from bacterial resistance and preventable neonatal conjunctivitis to congenital anomalies and volvulus in the elderly—conditions that require vigilance. Additionally, this issue includes a case study on metastasis that requires integrated management.     The analysis of the Free Nutritious Food Program (MBG)—a crucial national program—is worth noting as input for future program improvements to achieve the program’s goal of improving the nutrition of future generations.
