Abstract

Reconstruction of diabetic foot ulcer poses as problem in primary care. Clinical and experimental studies showed the effects of NPWT (negative pressure wound therapy) in enhancing wound healing through increasing local blood flow and granulation process, and decreasing bacteria colonization. This article discussed three cases of diabetic ulcers managed satisfactorily with NPWT
