Several studies on medicinal plants are featured in this edition of Cermin Dunia Kedokteran, which is expected to trigger further research into clinical applications as an alternative to existing therapies. Lung problems are also discussed in two articles, along with a review of sarcopenia—an issue that will become increasingly prominent as human life expectancy increases.


This edition's case reports on several reconstructive surgical techniques are expected to inspire treatment protocols, especially in places with limited facilities. In addition, it is supplemented with other articles that are expected to be useful for colleagues.
