Abstract

Cardiovascular diseases are the number one global cause of death, the two most common are coronary artery disease and stroke. Data suggests that high omega-3 consumption has a benefit in preventing cardiovascular diseases. Omega-3 is proven to provide cardiovascular protection, improves blood pressure and triglyceride level, controls inflammations and trombosis, and prevents arrythmia.
