Fraktur penis merupakan kasus kegawatdaruratan urologi yang jarang, namun membutuhkan penanganan segera. Mekanisme terjadinya adalah ruptur tunika albuginea pars cavernosa akibat tekanan traumatik saat penis ereksi. Penyebab tersering adalah saat hubungan seksual. Diagnosis melalui anamnesis dan pemeriksaan fisik. Tindakan operatif dilakukan secepatnya untuk mencegah komplikasi.
Penile fracture is a rare urological emergency, but always requires immediate attention. The cause is a traumatic rupture of the tunica albuginea of corpora cavernosa due to bending of the penile shaft during erection. Penile fracture commonly occurs during sexual intercourse. Diagnosis by history and physical examination. Penile fracture needs immediate operative treatment to prevent complications.
