Kafein merupakan stimulan yang paling sering dikonsumsi manusia di seluruh dunia. Kafein dapat menyebabkan intoksikasi kafein, gangguan cemas akibat kafein, gangguan tidur akibat kafein, gejala putus obat akibat kafein, dan gangguan penggunaan kafein. Terapi meliputi edukasi, pemantauan mandiri, penetapan target pengurangan konsumsi kafein, penetapan jadwal penurunan dosis berkala, serta follow up.
Caffeine is the most widely consumed stimulant in the world. Caffeine use can induce caffeine intoxication, caffeine related anxiety related disorder, caffeine related sleep disorder, caffeine related withdrawal symptoms, and caffeine use disorder. Caffeine modification therapy includes education, self-monitoring, determine a caffeine modification goal, determine a dose reduction schedule, offer treatment advice, and follow-up.
