Seminoma Klasik pada Laki-laki Usia 72 Tahun

Kanker testis merupakan 1% dari semua keganasan dan 5% dari keganasan urologi; paling sering terjadi pada laki-laki berusia 15-40 tahun. Seminoma merupakan tipe yang paling umum (50%-60%). Kanker testis merupakan kasus langka pada laki-laki berusia lebih dari 40 tahun. Dilaporkan pasien usia 72 tahun dengan pembesaran skrotum kanan sejak 3 tahun. Ditemukan tumor testis kanan. Orkiektomi radikal trans-skrotal dilakukan sebagai pengobatan definitif. Hasil pemeriksaan histopatologi adalah seminoma klasik pT1. Tumor sel germinal (GCT) merupakan kanker testis yang jarang pada orang tua. Prognosis lebih baik apabila didiagnosis dini dengan pengobatan yang tepa
