Pengaruh ASI Eksklusif, Berat Badan Lahir Rendah, dan Tinggi Badan Ibu terhadap Kejadian Stunting pada Anak di Bawah Usia 2 Tahun di Kabupaten Tapin, Indonesia

Latar belakang: Stunting memengaruhi pertumbuhan linier antar generasi. Ibu yang pendek berawal dari masa anak-anak stunting dan akan melahirkan bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR). ASI eksklusif diketahui sebagai salah satu faktor untuk mencegah stunting. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian ASI eksklusif, riwayat berat badan lahir rendah, dan tinggi ibu terhadap kejadian stunting anak di bawah dua tahun di Kabupaten Tapin. Metode: Cross-sectional dengan uji analisis bivariat menggunakan Chi-Square dengan odds ratio untuk menilai risikonya. Hasil: Didapatkan hasil kejadian stunting berhubungan dengan tinggi ibu (p=0,002, OR 8,325, 95%CI 2,117–32,741). Tidak didapatkan adanya hubungan ASI eksklusif dan BBLR terhadap kejadian stunting (p=0,751, OR 1,303, 95%CI 0,454-3,738 untuk ASI eksklusif dan p=0,201, OR 2,222, 95%CI 0,849–5,818 untuk BBLR). Simpulan: Tinggi badan ibu memengaruhi kejadian stunting pada anak di Kabupaten Tapin.
