Refluks gastroesofageal sering dijumpai pada orang dewasa, tetapi sering terlewatkan pada populasi anak. Diagnosis refluks gastroesofageal pada anak dalam praktik klinis sulit dan terkadang dianggap penyakit saluran cerna lainnya. Tinjauan pustaka ini membahas tata laksana refluks gastroesofageal pada anak, terutama di layanan primer, sehingga mampu laksana dan merujuk apabila diperlukan.
