Pelayanan bedah sehari merupakan prosedur yang mulai digemari, ditunjang dengan perkembangan di bidang anestesi sebagai prosedur suportif. Outpatient anesthesia memfasilitasi pemulihan yang lebih cepat. Komplikasi harus diantisipasi dengan deteksi awal dan manajemen yang tepat. Kriteria pemulangan yang tepat dan fasilitas penunjang pasien selama di rumah harus tersedia.
Outpatient surgery procedure is increasingly popular, it should be supported by safe outpatient anesthesia procedure. Outpatient anesthesia facilitates faster recovery. Complication should be anticipated with early recognition and management. Appropriate discharge criteria should be applied, and back up facility at home should be available.
