Sindrom Marcus-Gunn Jaw-winking merupakan kondisi langka yang bisa diturunkan atau didapat. Gejalanya berupa pergerakan membuka kelopak mata atas, setiap kali rahang digerakkan. Selain itu, disertai ptosis pada mata yang mengalami kelainan. Pilihan terapi mulai dari observasi hingga pembedahan. Observasi berkala perlu dilakukan untuk evaluasi tanda-tanda perburukan. Pembedahan dilakukan untuk keadaan ptosis sedang-berat yang mengganggu fungsi penglihatan.
