Abstrak

Pendahuluan: Adenokarsinoma pankreas merupakan salah satu jenis kanker dengan tingkat kelangsungan hidup kurang dari 5% setelah 5 tahun. Operasi reseksi merupakan satu-satunya terapi kuratif, namun hingga 85% kasus kambuh. Oleh sebab itu, untuk penatalaksanaan lebih lanjut, penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat memprediksi kemungkinan kekambuhan. Metode: Tinjauan sistematis studi yang diperoleh dari database PubMed MEDLINE dilakukan dengan menggunakan pedoman PRISMA. Hasil: Didapatkan 1.345 studi dan 34 studi dianalisis. Tiga puluh lima faktor prediktif diidentifikasi dan diklasifikasikan menjadi faktor pra-operasi dan pasca-operasi yang selanjutnya dikelompokkan menjadi karakteristik pasien, biomarker, karakteristik tumor, dan genetik. Faktor yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah metastasis kelenjar getah bening, kadar serum CA 19-9, dan ukuran tumor. Simpulan: Karakteristik pasien pra-operasi dan pasca-operasi, genetik, biomarker, dan karakteristik tumor dapat digunakan sebagai prediktor strategi tindak lanjut untuk meningkatkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup pasien.
