Lupus eritematosus sistemik (systemic lupus erythematosus/SLE) merupakan kelainan autoimun dengan perjalanan penyakit sangat dinamis dan manifestasi klinis bervariasi. Dengan keterlibatan saluran pernapasan sebesar 50%-70%, kelainan paru merupakan salah satu penyebab tingginya morbiditas dan mortalitas pasien SLE. Mortalitas tinggi pada pasien SLE dengan kelainan paru berkontribusi pada kelangsungan hidup pasien dengan hazard ratio 3,13. Artikel ini membahas manifestasi kelainan paru pada pasien SLE.
