Analisis Perbedaan Mutu Pelayanan Kesehatan Rawat Jalan Berdasarkan Status Akreditasi dengan Metode Service Quality

Latar Belakang: Upaya menyediakan akses universal terhadap layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, reformasi sistem kesehatan tidak hanya dengan meningkatkan cakupan pelayanan kesehatan, namun juga meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Salah satu strategi peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yaitu mengembangkan sistem akreditasi nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan mutu pelayanan kesehatan rawat jalan berdasarkan status akreditasi puskesmas. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pasien rawat jalan yang berkunjung ke puskesmas GS dan puskesmas KB dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Mann Whitney U. Hasil: Analisis statistik menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada mutu pelayanan empathy (p <0,05), namun tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada mutu pelayanan tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, dan assurance (p >0,05). Simpulan: Perbedaan signifikan mutu pelayanan kesehatan rawat jalan puskesmas terakreditasi paripurna (GS) dan utama (KB) hanya pada mutu pelayanan empathy.
