Abstrak

Pendahuluan: Burnout dapat terjadi pada individu yang mengalami stres berulang yang intens dan berkepanjangan. Beragam kegiatan mahasiswa kedokteran menuntut perubahan gaya belajar dari tingkat sekolah menengah ke tingkat perkuliahan yang berpotensi menimbulkan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan stres dengan kejadian burnout pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas
Ahmad Dahlan. Metode: Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 60 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Ahmad Dahlan semester 3, 5, 7, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random stratified sampling. Hasil:
Mayoritas mahasiswa (80,0%) memiliki tingkat stres sedang dan burnout tingkat rendah (45,0%). Analisis bivariat memperoleh nilai p < 0,001 dan nilai r = 0,641 (r > 0). Selain itu, diperoleh R-squared sebesar 0,411 yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres memberikan kontribusi statistik sebesar 41,1% terhadap variasi burnout, dan sisanya 58,9% dapat dipengaruhi faktor lain. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan positif bermakna antara stres dan kejadian burnout pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.
