Abstrak

Artritis merupakan penyakit yang umum dan sering menyebabkan keterbatasan aktivitas. Diagnosis artritis inflamasi memerlukan pemeriksaan radiografi konvensional sebagai modalitas utama. Diperlukan penilaian alignment (A), bone (B), cartilage loss (C), demineralization (D), erosion (E), soft tissue swelling (S) pada radiografi untuk membedakan 3 artritis inflamasi tersering, yaitu rheumatoid arthritis, gout arthritis, dan psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Masing-masing jenis artritis tersebut memiliki karakteristik radiologis khas yang penting untuk penegakan diagnosis. Rheumatoid arthritis ditandai dengan erosi marginal pada bare area, osteopenia periartikular, dan penyempitan ruang sendi yang uniform dengan distribusi simetris bilateral. Gout arthritis menunjukkan erosi
berbentuk punched out dengan overhanging edge, deposisi tofi, dan mineralisasi tulang yang normal. Psoriatic arthritis memiliki karakteristik erosi marginal disertai pembentukan tulang baru, deformitas pencil-in-cup, dan daktilitis. Pemahaman perbedaan gambaran radiologis ketiga penyakit ini penting untuk menegakkan diagnosis yang tepat dan menentukan terapi yang sesuai. Kombinasi antara pemeriksaan radiografi dengan data klinis dan laboratorium diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi diagnosis, serta menekan progesivitas penyakit.
