Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms (DRESS) is a rare severe multisystem reaction to drugs, with symptoms of fever, skin rash, lymphadenopathy, involving internal organs, and leukocytosis with eosinophilia. Early diagnosis and adequate treatment can help prevent the progression of DRESS.
