Diagnosis dan Tata Laksana Varises Tungkai

Varises adalah pemanjangan, pelebaran, dan berkelok-keloknya sistem vena disertai gangguan sirkulasi darah di dalamnya. Varises umumnya terjadi di tungkai bawah dengan prevalensi 10%-30%. Varises lebih banyak diderita oleh wanita dan prevalensinya meningkat seiring usia. Klasifikasi CEAP (Clinical, Etiological, Anatomical, and Pathophysiological) memungkinkan diagnosis yang lebih tepat dan memberikan hasil terapi yang lebih baik. Penanganan varises tungkai antara lain terapi konservatif dan intervensi. Dengan tata laksana, perawatan pasca-bedah, dan rehabilitasi yang tepat, umumnya varises memiliki prognosis baik.
