Abstrak

Hipoglikemia merupakan salah satu komplikasi diabetes melitus (DM) yang dapat berbahaya. Penyebab paling sering hipoglikemia pada pasien diabetes adalah dosis insulin dan obat anti-diabetes yang tidak tepat. Hipoglikemia lebih sering terjadi pada pasien DM tipe 1 dibandingkan pasien DM tipe 2. Pengenalan dan penanganan hipoglikemia yang cepat sangat penting karena hipoglikemia meningkatkan morbiditas dan mortalitas.
