Kombinasi Paramedian Forehead Flap dan Hinge Flap pada Basalioma Nasal dengan Defek Kompleks

Basalioma merupakan kanker kulit non-melanoma yang paling sering ditemukan. Basalioma umumnya tumbuh lambat, menyebabkan destruksi lokal, jarang bermetastasis. Penyakit ini berkembang pada area terpapar sinar UV, umumnya di hidung. Tulisan ini melaporkan kasus seorang pria 48 tahun dengan basalioma di daerah nasal. Dilakukan eksisi luas dan rekonstruksi paramedian forehead flap, dikombinasi dengan hinge flap dan cartilage graft. Hasil pemeriksaan patologi anatomi menunjukkan basalioma berpigmen, dengan ulserasi fokal keratotik, batas irisan bebas. Manajemen yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup baik secara estetik maupun mencegah kekambuhan.
Basalioma is the most common non-melanoma skin cancer. Basalioma is generally a slow growing tumor, locally destructive and rarely metastasizes. This tumor developed mostly in areas exposed to UV, nose is the most common location. This paper reports a 48-year-old male with basalioma in the nasal area. Extensive excision was carried out followed by reconstruction with paramedian forehead flap combined with hinge flaps and auricular cartilage graft. Pathological examination shows pigmented basalioma with focal keratotic ulceration, edge of incision was free from tumor. Appropriate management is needed to improve aesthetically and to prevent recurrence.
