Meningitis tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu tuberkulosis ekstrapulmoner dengan morbiditas dan mortalitas sangat tinggi, terutama pada populasi anak. Meningitis tuberkulosis pada anak hendaknya dapat dikenali dan ditatalaksana lebih dini agar dapat mencegah kecacatan serta kematian.
