Abstrak

Hydroa acciniforme (HV) merupakan fotodermatosis langka dengan awitan tersering pada masa anak-anak. Hingga saat ini patogenesis HV belum diketahui pasti. Penyakit ini merupakan spektrum dengan gejala klinis hampir serupa, namun dengan prognosis sangat berbeda. HV klasik memiliki prognosis paling baik, tetapi berdampak negatif pada kualitas hidup akibat skar, sedangkan hydroa vacciniforme-like lymphoma (HVLL) merupakan varian dengan prognosis paling buruk. Diagnosis HV perlu dipikirkan sebagai diagnosis banding, khususnya pada kasus fotodermatosis dengan awitan masa anak-anak. HV klasik sangat penting dibedakan dari hydroa vacciniforme-like lymphoproliferative disorders (HVLPD) terkait prognosis. Sampai saat ini belum tersedia konsensus atau panduan diagnosis dan tata laksana untuk HV.
