Glaukoma adalah salah satu penyebab kebutaan terbanyak di dunia. Jenis glaukoma yang paling banyak adalah glaukoma sudut terbuka. Pada glaukoma sudut terbuka, tekanan intraokular naik perlahan-lahan, merusak saraf yang akan menyebabkan penyempitan lapang pandang. Pengobatan glaukoma melibatkan pembedahan serta medikamentosa. Beberapa jenis obat dengan mekanisme kerja berbeda-beda dapat dikombinasikan. Beberapa pilihan pengobatan lain juga akan dibahas di artikel ini.
