Peripartum cardiomyopathy dapat menjadi penyebab stroke usia muda. Laporan kasus ini membahas kasus stroke pada usia muda akibat peripartum cardiomyopathy yang awalnya menyerupai infeksi tuberkulosis (TBC) paru. Hal ini perlu diwaspadai di negara dengan prevalensi infeksi TBC tinggi.
